This page explains how refunds work for Lineup Premium and Auteur, the paid subscription tiers billed through Stripe. It's a companion to the billing clause in our Terms of Service, spelled out here on its own page since it's the thing people look for first.
Premium and Auteur are monthly subscriptions. They renew automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings → Manage Subscription, or through Stripe's Customer Portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and you keep full access until then.
Canceling stops future renewals, but it doesn't refund the current billing period — you don't get a prorated or partial refund for the days left after you cancel. This is standard for subscription products and is the same policy Stripe's own checkout flow describes at the point of purchase.
We'll issue a refund if: you were charged due to a billing error or bug on our end (e.g. a duplicate charge, or a charge after you'd already canceled), a charge was fraudulent and you didn't authorize it, or a refund is required by law in your jurisdiction (for example, certain consumer-protection cooling-off periods). Reach out and we'll sort it out — most billing-error refunds are resolved within a few business days once we confirm the charge.
Email lineupsupport@lineupstream.com with the email address on your account and the approximate date of the charge. If you paid by card, you can also see and manage your charges directly from Stripe's Customer Portal (Settings → Manage Subscription).
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above.
